Eye Insights -- current eye topics in a clear, concise format for use by physicians, physicians' assistants, nurse practitioners and ophthalmic technicians.
As part of its mission to educate its members and the public, NEOS has funded the printing and distribution of this booklet to over 25,000 primary care physicians, pediatricians and internists in Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Connecticut. The booklets contain current information on ocular and systemic conditions, on medications, and on the need for referral given a particular set of symptoms and signs. The content of the booklet is the product of many hours of discussion and editing by the NEOS Public Health and Education Committee and the Executive Board.
