Attendance, Registration, ID cards, Luncheon Seminars and Accreditation
- Attendance and nametags are computer generated. Members must bring their permanent ID card to each meeting to check in electronically. If you do not have your card with you, you will need to obtain a temporary card to scan in. On site registrants will receive a temporary 'guest' nametag for that day only. BE SURE TO SCAN IN FOR ALL THE SESSIONS: MORNING, LUNCHEON SEMINAR AND THE AFTERNOON SESSION to obtain credit for each session. Please register and pay online in advance by clicking the Registration link. You will be issued a temporary nametag for the meeting.
- The appropriate NEOS badge labeled "MEMBER" or "GUEST" or "EXHIBITOR" must be worn for entry into the auditorium.
- Please register and pay by credit card for the luncheon seminar of your choice. You will receive Email confirmation of your registrration.
- We are no longer printing and mailing out the program. To see and/or printout the program, click View link. (a small number of copies of the PDF printout will be available at the registration desk). You will be able to access the program from your SmartPhone as well.
- Accreditation (CME Credits): We are no longer using paper evaluation forms, but you will complete a similar form oline. When you scan in for each session, an email will automatically be sent to you to direct you to fill out the online evaluation form. Without your evaluation, we cannot give you CME credit for attending the meeting! This is a CME accrediting board requirement. You will be able to view your NEOS CME credit status online at any time and print out certificates as needed.
